The 5K Walk that can change the lives of vulnerable TCDSB students!

On Sunday May 2, 2010 rain turned into sunshine as The Angel Foundation for Learning celebrated 10 years assisting vulnerable TCDSB students at the Annual 5K FUN WALK.  The Annual FUN WALK raises funds to brighten the lives of needy TCDSB students. 

Thank you to all of the participants for joining us! A special thank you to Larry Optis, Paul De Courcy, the FUN WALK Committee Members , Volunteers, Planting Seeds Inc, the Dante Alighieri Band, Father Lehman, Ralph Peters, Dan Samoyloff, Michael Cornacchia and the Custodial Team, and Donny Feliciano for making the 5K FUN WALK a huge success.

ABOUT THE 5K FUN WALK: The FUN WALK is an annual event that sees students, staff, families and the community-at-large walking to support vulnerable TCDSB students. Funds raised at the FUN WALK assist TCDSB students who are in need of basic essentials including: clothing, hearing aids, and life saving epi-pens. The FUN WALK includes: free BBQ, face painting, free gift bags, prizes, music and entertainment for kids of all ages.
