CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC 2009

On Thursday, July 2nd 2009 many golf enthusiasts congregated at the Kleinburg Golf and Country Club to support the 12th Charity Golf Classic event organized by Mr. Jon Austin.

The proceeds from the Charity Golf Classic, hosted by the Toronto Principals’ and Vice Principals’ Association, supports The Angel Foundation for Learning as they work to assist the vulnerable students of the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

The Angel Foundation for Learning sustains vulnerable TCDSB students through nutrition programs, as well as social work emergency assistance, leadership activities and bursaries.

The Charity Golf Classic starts with a fine outdoors lunch, followed by the golf tournament and finishes with a great, elegant dinner, which includes exciting prizes. The Charity Golf Classic perfectly combines a relaxing game of golf with raising funds and awareness for students in need. This Golf event counts on the participation of corporate donors who generously support the event ensuring that it is a great success.
