Welcome to The Angel Foundation for Learning

The Angel Foundation for Learning is the charitable organization devoted to assisting needy students of the Toronto Catholic District School Board. The Foundation’s name, logo and mission statement reflect the Foundation’s purpose which denote the work of angels. The logo’s halo reminds us of a community circle and universality – for 20 years the Foundation has assisted needy students by providing equitable access to educational, social and nutritional opportunities. The wing symbolizes the angelic attributes of service, protection and guardianship.

The Angel Foundation for Learning provides assistance to students in 4 ways:

1. Sponsoring Student Nutrition Programs through Breakfast, Snack and Lunch Programs
2. Subsidizing class trips and other leadership programs via the School Allocations Fund
3. Providing emergency funds for students through the Social Work Emergency Fund
4. Overseeing and administering a variety of bursaries, awards and funds to TCDSB students
